Qasidah Cancellations Policy:

Orders can be cancelled by customers only before is not Processed. On successful cancellation of orders, any payment made by the customer will be refunded.

In the unlikely case that we are unable to fulfill a order, than we will cancel the order, inform the customer regarding the same and refund the payment to the customer.

 In case of refunds, Payments will be refunded to the same source from which the payment was made (eg. Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, UPI, etc.)
