Qasidah Refunds Policy

Orders that are eligible for refund, are refunded payment to the same source of from which the initial payment was made by the customer (e.g. Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Internet Banking, etc.).

After the orders are determined to qualify for refund, Refund will be made from our end within 1-3 business days. After we refund money to the customer, the refunded amount may reach customer in 1 to 7 days depending on the mode of payment processed.
