Return to Origin (RTO):
Courier Companies try to deliver the Ordered Products at the DeliveryAddress one or more times depending on the situation. For Order that is undelivered to customer and Returned back to us by the courier Company, if the customer has made any payment, that payment will be refunded to the customer.
Delivered Orders:
For Orders that are delivered to customers, since these are personal care products, We do not accept Returns or Exchange of these products.
In case, we have delivered wrong product or wrong size of product, customer will need to contact us regarding the same by email (care@theqasidah.com) or Whatsapp (+91 9662937159) message.
We may ask for unboxing video of order package and photos of delivered products and package.
Depending on the case either we will accept or reject the exchange/return request.
For eligible orders, We will arrange Pick-up with courier company for exchange or Return of Wrong Products.
If Reverse Pickup service of Order is not available with the courier company from the customer address than customer will need to send back the order items themselves. We will reimburse the courier charges paid by customer.
On receiving the returned items, we will check the items and take decision accordingly.
